"The master's tools will never dismantle the master's house." -- Audre Lorde
We are assembling a team of exceptional senior leaders to develop and launch this innovative program–visionary leaders with the highest integrity, extraordinary creativity, and absolute commitment to our social mission. We're looking for people who think differently, people with growth mindsets with the drive to design and launch a truly unique organization. And we're seeking people who have traditionally been systemically and structurally excluded from these positions and opportunities.

SWG is the name of the working group that will launch this initiative, which is currently an early-stage start-up. Until capitalization, members of this executive team will work on a voluntary/uncompensated part-time, as-available basis. At that time, in addition to a generous base salary, compensation will include a sign-on bonus, an ownership stake in the company, and more.
